Salary
• $110,000-$125,000 per year
• No state income tax
• $6,000 yearly bonus

What You’ll Do
• Improve the reliability of electrical systems, motors, drives, and instrumentation throughout the plant.
• Provide engineering support for electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Support electrical upgrades, capital projects, and modernization efforts.
• Develop and improve electrical maintenance programs.
• Partner with electricians, maintenance personnel, and plant leadership to improve plant reliability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
• Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Cement plant experience is a plus.
